Dr. Rémi Nguyen is the founder and CEO of MLR. He pursued his studies in France, Vietnam, Myanmar, and the United Kingdom, and earned his doctorate in law in 2018 from the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). In parallel, he is also one of the directors of Constantin Vietnam, a company specializing in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
Dr. Nguyen possesses notable expertise in risk management and compliance, supporting foreign companies in their expansion and assisting local companies with their partnerships in Myanmar and Vietnam. He has worked across various sectors, including construction, industry, banking, healthcare, and information and communication technology.
In addition, Dr. Nguyen is a member of the academic project on Asian Principles of Contract Law and the founder of the Myanmar Law Library. Since 2019, he has served as an associate researcher at the Research Institute on Contemporary Southeast Asia (IRASEC) based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is an auditor for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
He also holds multiple leadership roles. He is one of the vice-presidents of the French Foreign Trade Advisors in Vietnam, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam, and the Digital Sector Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. Moreover, he is a member of French Tech Vietnam.
Lastly, Dr. Rémi Nguyen is on the board of Stratexio and advises the Vietnam Blockchain Association on international business and partnership matters. His diverse background and multiple roles reflect his commitment to economic development and international collaboration.
